A. Yes. Full meeting packages are available for purchase for the ASH Annual Meeting and selected smaller ASH meetings.
Q. What are my options when my hotel choice is unavailable?
A. Hotel rooms offered through discounted event rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. While conducting your search, the online system reflects up-to-the-minute availability and booking options.
Q. If I am an ASH Member, can I access sessions?
A. All sessions must be purchased. ASH members are eligible for discounts on all sessions. If you are an ASH member, the discounted price will be automatically applied when you sign in with your ASH username and password. You can purchase individual sessions or full meeting packages.
Q. Is there a waiting list for sold out hotels?
A. No. If a hotel is sold out, you will not be able to make a reservation or place your name on any kind of waiting list.
Q. What is the registration cancellation policy for ASH meeting?
A. ASH Society will not refund any registration fees in case of cancellation of the registration or change of registration category by the participant.
